Hoseit and Koelewyn and its predecessors have been providing quality legal services since 1952. Now in its sixth decade of practice, the firm offers clients assistance in a wide range of disciplines, including collection, litigation, construction , real estate transactions and general business law including preparation of agreements as well as the formation of business entities, estates, wills and trusts. The firm's attorneys have won respect throughout the Sacramento Area by continued emphasis on innovative and practical solutions, as well as the variety and demonstrated depth of their advocacy skills.
The firm's two principals Max H. Hoseit (admitted to the State Bar in 1952) and H. L. Koelewyn (admitted to the state bar in January of 1972) are committed to personally obtaining the best results for their clients and therefore handle the matters personally rather than turning the matter over to a younger associate.
The depth and diversity of the firm's experience, its dedication to cost effective management, and its commitment to provide the best legal services available are among the reasons Hoseit and Koelewyn consistently meet their client’s legal needs.
Max H. Hoseit is now inactive and a resident of Nevada.
